The main purpose of this rebreather is to be used in some dry cave's galleries were the air is toxic. It can be easily carried in a cave pack and deployed before exploring the contamined area.
As a recreational diving rebreather the P-Platypus MK2 can be used from 0m to 10m depth and has very light wob. On the pictures it is shown with a 2L steel 02 tank. For use in dry galleries smaller tanks can be adapted.
